3 Bar Load-N-Lock Cargo Bar Holder

Designed for storage of various styles of cargo bars or load bars with rubber feet. Can be locked to deter theft. Heavy duty steel construction, powder coated. Stainless steel hinges and rivets. Foot tray and mounting hardware included. One unit holds three bars.
